Review usage, reconcile income, and request payouts

Review customers and API usage
- Use Customers to find purchases and subscriptions by buyer email, then open API usage and operations on the Dashboard and find the product and buyer.
- Compare included units, billable units, projected charges, and bandwidth. For a calling issue, record the request ID, endpoint, status, and time.
- The dashboard shows average latency and the latest status code. Retained request metadata does not include query parameters, request headers, or request and response bodies. Reproduce issues with test data you control.
Reconcile income and platform fees
There is no monthly platform fee, and normal payment processing is included in these rates. Reconcile against the fee and net income recorded with each transaction. Refunds and payouts do not recalculate the original fee rate.
API base charges and object usage are merchant revenue; excess bandwidth is Invokora revenue. The API platform fee is capped at that collection’s merchant revenue, and bandwidth-only collections do not charge a fixed fee to the merchant.
| Transaction | Platform fee | When merchant income becomes available |
|---|---|---|
| API subscriptions and maintenance | 6.5% + USD 0.50 per actual card collection | After confirmed funds; zero invoices and small-balance carryovers create no withdrawable income |
| One-time services, quotes, and paid changes below USD 2,000 | Card: 6% + USD 0.50 | Released after service acceptance |
| Those one-time transactions at or above USD 2,000 | USD bank transfer: 2% | After cleared funds and service acceptance |
Review the settlement and request a payout
- Open Funds on the Dashboard and review Latest settlement details, pending adjustments, and the available amount. Report an issue to contact@invokora.com within 14 full calendar days of generation, including the invoice ID and a description.
- Confirm the invoice is approved, uses USD, has at least USD 100 available, and has no negative balance or payout already in progress.
- Check that your Stripe payout account is ready, confirm your password, and submit the payout request.
- Follow its review, transfer, paid, or failed status. For a failure, complete requested account information or contact support as directed.
Protect your account and order files
- Update your password in Account and confirm it again when a sensitive action requests it.
- Save service results you need to keep long term. Formal requirements, message attachments, and deliverables are retained for no more than 180 days after the order reaches a terminal state.
- Give support the order or payout invoice ID and visible error. Do not send passwords, API keys, or origin tokens.
