Buyer Terms
These Terms supplement the Invokora Terms of Service and explain payment, use, acceptance, and refunds when you buy API plans or services.

Individuals and businesses can buy. You must be at least 18, keep account and payment information accurate and complete, and have authority when purchasing for a business. API subscriptions require a verified buyer account. You can pay for a fixed-price service without signing in; accepting quotes or change orders, or starting maintenance, requires a verified buyer account.
NEXUSCORTEX LLC is the seller and Merchant of Record for API plans. The merchant named on the product page and in the Order Terms sells service orders, change orders, and maintenance. Invokora provides the platform and collects payment on its behalf. Check the seller before paying.
Accepting terms and authorizing payment
Where the page clearly identifies the relevant terms, clicking to subscribe, buy, or submit payment means you accept the displayed terms and authorize collection of the confirmed tax-inclusive total, disclosed renewals, and usage and bandwidth charges incurred under your plan.
Usage-only plans require you to save a payment method through Stripe Checkout for later charges, even if nothing is charged at activation. You must have the right to use that payment method and keep billing details current.
Your purchases and account access
API plans, keys, usage, and invoices belong to the verified buyer account. A service bought without signing in belongs to the contact email used at payment. Use the correct email and verify it to access the order.
An email sign-in link only signs you into the account for that email. It does not transfer an order to another account. Protect your password, API keys, and sign-in links, and do not share them with anyone who is not entitled to access.
Service scope and changes
Before paying, read the Order Terms and check the scope, deliverables, deadline, number of revisions, acceptance process, intellectual property, applicable consumer cancellation rights, and what each party must do.
A change order takes effect only after you accept it and complete any required payment. Maintenance follows the original service order and the renewal terms shown separately.
Data, files, and temporary credentials
Submit only data and files you have the right to collect, use, disclose, and process. You are responsible for required permissions and notices to the people concerned. Service requirements, inquiries, messages, and attachments are shared with the merchant handling the order.
Temporary credential handoff is only for credentials needed to deliver the order. Do not submit unrelated passwords, private keys, or other secrets. Credential content is deleted when the merchant acknowledges receipt, you revoke it, or it expires. Necessary access records and records required by law may remain.
Using API responses
Invokora forwards the merchant’s API responses. It does not generate or store the returned content or guarantee its business result. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. Before using, publishing, or relying on them, arrange review by someone qualified for the intended use.
Do not use unreviewed API responses for medical, legal, credit, employment, insurance, or other decisions with a significant effect on a person.
Acceptance, refunds, and disputes
Submit complete requirements on time, review delivery, and accept it or make a supported revision or dispute request within the period in the Order Terms. If you take no action by the deadline, those terms may treat the delivery as accepted.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy accepted at payment, the Order Terms, and applicable law. Do not pursue an in-app refund and a payment-provider dispute for the same payment at the same time. Be truthful about whether you have accepted or used the delivered work; do not conceal facts or misuse dispute procedures. These procedures do not limit your statutory refund rights.
