Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to products offered or purchased through Invokora, API calls, uploaded content, and service delivery. Follow these rules when using those features.
Updated September 9, 2026.Unlawful activity, infringement, and abuse
Do not sell, buy, upload, transmit, or process unlawful or infringing content through the platform, or violate applicable third-party service terms or access restrictions.
Do not distribute malware, carry out phishing or fraud, send spam, or use malicious automation. Do not attempt credential stuffing, cracking, security bypasses, unauthorized scraping, or surveillance. Do not evade sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions.
Impersonation, fabrication, and cheating
Do not impersonate a person or organization, fabricate an identity or authorization, create or distribute deepfakes without consent, or manufacture fake reviews, traffic, or engagement.
Do not take exams for others, complete academic assignments or recruitment assessments that must be done independently, or complete other tasks on someone’s behalf that assess their individual ability or integrity.
Exploitation, violence, and prohibited goods
Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual pornography or intimate sexual imagery, human trafficking and exploitation, hateful content, harassment, and violent threats are prohibited.
Do not use the platform to help manufacture, obtain, or trade weapons, illegal drugs, or other prohibited goods.
Personal data and decisions with serious consequences
Do not submit or process personal data, account credentials, or highly sensitive information you have no right to use.
Without lawful qualification, proper notice, valid authorization, and meaningful human review, do not use the platform for medical diagnosis, legal decisions, credit, employment, housing, education admissions, insurance, law enforcement, critical infrastructure, or other automated decisions with significant effects on individual rights, opportunities, or access to essential services.
How we handle violations
Invokora may investigate suspected violations, restrict or stop affected features, isolate uploaded content, remove products, or suspend transactions and accounts. We may preserve or disclose necessary records when required by law.
